The need for evidence-based trauma treatment is, unfortunately, growing day by day. To help you meet that need, we’ve translated our traditional, EMDRIA-Approved EMDR Basic Training into a live, virtual format that includes lots of interaction, Q&A, and real-time practicum experiences. All through our HIPPA-compliant Zoom platform.

In addition to the core material, we’ll share best practices for delivering EMDR Therapy via telehealth with great fidelity to the research-validated model for optimal results.

If you love the idea of learning from the comfort of your home or office with no additional travel costs, this option might be perfect for you.

Personalized attention, thoughtful feedback, and a warm spirit of hospitality are hallmarks of all Mosaic Trainings, and we are proud and excited to bring those values to the digital realm. Our highly experienced virtual training team provides dynamic energy and strong support throughout the two intensive three-day weekends. We are deeply invested in your growth and can’t wait to welcome you to our vibrant community of effective, trauma-informed therapists!

Spaces are limited to ensure an optimal learning environment for each participant.

CEs

CE-Classes is the provider of CEs. Certificates are awarded online after completion of the workshop. Participants print their own certificate after registering at CE-Classes.com, entering a keycode, and completing an evaluation form.

CE-Classes.com is approved by:

The American Psychological Association (APA) CE-Classes.com is approved by the American Psychological Association to sponsor continuing education for psychologists. CE-Classes.com maintains responsibility for this program and its content.

Per EMDRIA, participants must attend all training days in their entirety and actively participate in all supervised practice exercises and group consultation sessions in order to receive a certificate of completion for this training. Those who attend this workshop in full and complete all the appropriate evaluation forms are eligible to receive CE credits. Those who miss more than 15 minutes of any portion of the training, at any point during the training, may be dismissed from the training at the discretion of the staff and will not receive a certificate of completion, CE credits, or a refund. We understand that emergencies and illnesses sometimes happen during training. The structure of EMDR Basic Training is such that each afternoon’s experiential work draws on what is learned in the morning lecture, and each day’s activities build on previous days. Practicum is completed in small groups and unfolds over each 3-day weekend. For this reason, it is not typically possible to “make up” missed portions of lectures or practicum at a later date. Instead, we can offer a retake of the entire training weekend at 50% of the regular training price. This training offers the Part I & Part II curriculum normally offered in-person, including all practicum components, in a convenient, online format. Mosaic Training Institute is known for focusing only on the standard EMDR therapy protocol emphasizing and maintaining the fidelity and integrity of EMDR as intended by Francine Shapiro. In our initial training, proper attention is on the importance of culturally relevant details and the importance of the first two phases of EMDR. like dissociation and complex trauma, for optimal implementation in clinical settings. The mindfulness-informed and trauma-focused thread that runs through all of our instructional offerings make implementation of standard EMDR therapy with more complex cases possible from the beginning of your EMDR training experience. In this online format, you will experience an unprecedented opportunity to learn adaptations for telehealth, while still being able to get grounded in how to use EMDR therapy for in-office applications. The training components, when combined with an additional ten hours of required consultation and successful completion of a post-test, meet all requirements for completing an EMDRIA-approved training in EMDR therapy.
